Voluntarily Provided
- Employer Submissions: Practice name, contact email, job details, salary range, location
- Job Seeker Profiles: Name (optional), qualifications, experience, contact preferences
- Contact Form Messages: Your message and reply email
3. How We Use Your Data
- Display: Show job listings and seeker profiles publicly on the site
- Communications: Send confirmation emails, approval notifications (when SMTP is enabled)
- Analytics: Track page views to understand usage patterns (aggregated, no personal identification)
- Spam Prevention: Detect and block abusive submissions using IP hashing
- Service Improvement: Identify bugs, optimize performance
4. What We DO NOT Do

Current third-party integrations:
- Stripe (when payments enabled): Processes payments; we never see or store credit card numbers
- SMTP Provider (when configured): Sends transactional emails on our behalf

- No credit card data touches our servers (Stripe-hosted checkout)
- IP addresses truncated before storage
- Admin console protected by token authentication

This service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
